Patrick the plumber from DPS was great, courteous and knowledgeable, completed 3 tasks on time with perfect quality; in the case of the new dishwasher, correcting an improper PEX supply line install by a prior contractor. Use this company they are way more cost-reasonable than other plumbers in the area

Excellent Service from setting the appointment to completion. They repaired an external water leak at the Meter. 2 Workers were very efficient and communicated exactly what they were doing> Highly recommend DPS for any Plumbing issues!

I will highly recommend this company. John was our technician that came out and he did a phenomenal job. We were having issues with our septic backing up cause toilets to over run and our tubs to be clogged. Even after being pumped out multiple times there was no resolve. John came out and was able to provide an explanation of what the issue was and provided a solution that he was able to conduct the same day. Gives this guy a raise! Excellent customer service that extended to the service experienced from the plumber. If anyone has a concern on who to have service their home, look no further.

We had an issue with our main shower that required a parts order and follow-up visit. The service technicians were great - very efficient and professional. We've used Diversified in the past and will continue to call them if we have any plumbing problems in the future.

The company was very responsive to our water heater failure. Answered my call quickly- even on Sunday. Elmer was here within an hour and was completely transparent with his evaluation of the problem and the cost Got the new heater and installed very professionally and up to code. Couldn't recommend him highly enough! Very nice and polite young man on top of his plumbing skills. Explained new equipment thoroughly. 5 star experience!

My husband and I needed a new Water Heater on a Sunday, of course it would break on a Sunday! My first call was to DPS and I am so happy they were the first call. We couldn't be happier with the service and installation of the water heater. I first spoke to Melissa who was very nice and told me she would have the technician call when he was on the way to our home. Elmer called within moments and arrived so fast. He checked out the situation and said he could take care of the issue that day, we were so relieved. Elmer worked so professionally and was so clean, I had no mess at all. What a great job he did, I would not hesitate to call DPS again for any plumbing needs. My husband and I are both so pleased with Everything. I have to mention that Elmer was extremely polite, what a nice young man. We thank Elmer and the company for taking such good care of us on a Sunday.
